 Royalty is a multifaceted company nestled in the rural community of North Carolina’s North Star, Rockingham County. Owned and operated by community native and Registered Nurse, Alicia Parker. Her desire is for Royalty to serve as a community agency that empowers, educates and cares for the Rockingham County Community as well as other adjoining communities in both North Carolina and Virginia. We stand out from the rest because our company umbrella's two programs providing something for everyone. Our Health & Wellness Resources branch provides health and safety education training for our community to promote wellness. Our Adult & Pediatric Home Care branch provides services in the homes of qualifying adults and children.
