Our CCHC will assist child care facilities and their staff with improving the quality of care surrounding health, safety, sanitation, and nutrition. with the assistance of the CCHC you will experience over all improved outcomes.

How to Register and Pay:
To register for classes or schedule a class you may call our office at 336-623-2547 or go to www.royaltyhwr.com to register online.
After registration and payment is processed you will be provided a confirmation email containing all information needed for class.
Registration:
Registration and payment must be received by deadline prior to scheduled training.
Payment Methods:
Payment may be in the form of check or money order. Make payable to: Royalty Health & Wellness Resources and mailed to 201 E, Meadow Road Suite 136 Eden NC 27288 . $30 fee for all returned checks.
You may pay with credit or debit card either online or over the phone.
Refunds:
NO REFUNDS GIVEN. Credit applied to a future training may be granted for qualifying events. (i.e. emergency cancellation, notification within 24 hours)
Locations:
Training sites may vary. It is the responsibility of the participant to confirm correct location they have signed up for. In the event a location must be changed, participants will be notified by office personnel via contact information provided on registration form.
Late Arrivals:
Participants arriving more than 10 minutes past start time are not permitted. For CPR & First Aid participants no one is admitted after the instructor has started class.
Child Care:
Child Care is NOT provided for adult trainings.
Inclement Weather:
In the event there is weather making road conditions unsafe training will be rescheduled. Participants will be notified as soon as possible therefore it is very important to provide us with a working phone number to be able to contact you.
Laynecare Customers:
Laynecare sponsorships will cover Medication Administration, Bloodborne Pathogens, CPR, and First Aid. Any additional trainings, including Medication Remediation’s due to participants leaving prior to final grade and significant no shows will be the responsibility of the participant or participants employer to cover the costs. Any additional costs incurred must be paid in full prior to the release of further certificates.
Virtual Participants:
In addition to all other policies, virtual class participants must:
1. Ensure stable internet and appropriate device for use.
2. Keep camera on during entire instruction period
3. Participate during class with all activities.
4. Complete all required forms and submit as required.
5. Be utilized by no more than 2 participants simultaneously and any forms or testing must be submitted individually.
6. Assist with maintaining the integrity of our courses.
7. Follow and comply with any other requests of our agency regarding virtual classes.
Training Materials:
Training Materials will be provided after registration and payment is complete. Many of our materials may be downloaded. Some materials may incur an additional cost beyond registration fee.
