How to Register and Pay:
To register for classes or schedule a class you may call our office at 336-623-2547 or go to www.royaltyhwr.com uder the training tab and register. You may also mail paper registrations to Royalty Health & Wellness Resources P.O. Box 66 Eden NC 27289.
After payment and registration is processed you will be provided a packet containing all information needed for class.
Registration and payment must be received one week prior to scheduled training.
Payment may be in the form of check or money order. Make payable to: Royalty Health & Wellness Resources and mailed to P.O. Box 66 Eden NC 27289 . $30 fee for all returned checks.
You may pay with credit or debit card either online or over the phone.
NO REFUNDS GIVEN. Credit applied to a future training may be granted for qualifying events. (i.e. emergency cancellation, notification within 24 hours)
Training sites may vary. It is the responsibility of the participant to confirm correct location they have signed up for. In the event a location must be changed, participants will be notified by office personnel via contact information provided on registration form.
Participants arriving more than 10 minutes past start time are not permitted. For CPR & First Aid participants no one is admitted after the instructor has started class.
Child Care is NOT provided for adult trainings.
In the event there is weather making road conditions unsafe training will be rescheduled. Participants will be notified as soon as possible therefore it is very important to provide us with a working phone number to be able to contact you.
Laynecare sponsorships will cover Medication Administration, Bloodborne Pathogens, CPR, and First Aid. Any additional trainings, including Medication Remediation’s due to participants leaving prior to final grade and significant no shows will be the responsibility of the participant or host to cover the costs. Any additional costs incurred must be paid in full prior to the release of further certificates.
